How can I contact you to help me sell my art?

I wish to return a work that was shipped to me, what is the procedure?
In the event that you are not satisfied with the art you have purchased, you have a period of 7 days to return it intact to the artist. However, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.
Do I have to pay additional shipping costs to receive my artwork?
No, you are not charged for delivery costs.
What are the fees for exhibiting in Arte Arta's online art gallery?
None! Our platform is completely free for artists who wish to exhibit their work there. All you need to do is submit the painting or collection you wish to sell on our online exhibition gallery.
I already have a website to sell my works, or they are already sold on another online platform, can I still submit them to you?
Yes, no problem. It is entirely possible for you to post and sell on all three platforms simultaneously. However, the works you submit to us must be part of a different collection than those already for sale. For example, if you are exhibiting a particular series of works in the Arte Arta Gallery, you should ensure that the same set is not listed for sale on a different platform.
My artistic productions are already exhibited in a physical gallery, can I also exhibit on your platform?
Absolutely! Unless, of course, you have an exclusive agreement with the gallery in question.
