For art collectors

Do I have to pay additional shipping fees to receive my artwork?

No, there is no charge for shipping.

I wish to return a work that was shipped to me, what is the procedure?

In the event that you are not satisfied with a creation, you have a period of 7 days to return it intact to the artist. However, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

For artists

I already have a website to sell my works, or my artwork is already for sale on another online platform, can I still submit my work to you?

Yes, absolutely. It is entirely possible for you to post and sell on all three platforms simultaneously. However, the works you submit must be part of a collection other than those already on sale elsewhere.

For example, if you exhibit a particular series of works on the Arte Arta online gallery, you must ensure that this same set is not available for sale on a different platform.

How much does it cost to exhibit in the Arte Arta online art gallery?

None! Our platform is totally free for artists who wish to exhibit their works. Simply submit the painting or the collection you wish to sell on our online gallery.

My artistic productions are already exhibited in a physical gallery, can I also showcase them on your platform?

Absolutely! Unless, of course, you have an exclusive agreement with the gallery in question.
